You’re planning to conceive in the next 3–12 months
You want to optimize your health before pregnancy

This program combines three essential elements:

Group education and community support
Personalized care plan and conception roadmap

We know $2,500 is a meaningful investment.
This program is not just information — it’s a guided, 12-week process designed to improve your chances of a healthy conception and pregnancy by addressing the clinical, lifestyle, and physiological factors that matter most.
Your program fee includes:
6–8 on-demand education modules you can revisit anytime
Live or recorded group education and support
Ongoing program coordination and progress tracking
Integration of your lab results and clinical care into a clear plan
A personalized conception roadmap at the end of the program
Many patients spend far more on fragmented care, supplements, or fertility interventions later. This program is designed to be proactive, not reactive.
This program is a good fit if you:
Are planning pregnancy in 3–12 months
Are medically stable
Are comfortable with group education
This program is not a fit if you:
Are currently pregnant
Are in active IVF or fertility treatment
Are seeking urgent fertility intervention
Want daily 1:1 access or guaranteed outcomes
Is pregnancy guaranteed?
No. This program focuses on optimizing health and fertility factors, not guaranteeing pregnancy.
Is this fertility treatment?
No. This is a preconception optimization and education program. We do not provide fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, IUI, or IVF.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is recommended for coverage of clinical visits and lab testing, but you may participate without insurance and self-pay for those services if needed.
Can my partner join?
Yes. Partners are welcome to participate in education modules and group sessions, and partner health optimization is part of the program.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to make the program more accessible. You’ll see options after eligibility approval.
Ready to prepare for pregnancy with clarity and support?
Enrollment is limited to keep the group small and supportive.
